To Cut or Not to Cut?

Jenna is thinking about a change in her life.  After being accepted and starting her program at the Dallas Academy, Jenna swore to never cut her hair no matter what.  Now that she has grown and matured as a student at the academy she is now asking the question to cut or not to cut?
